[Jul 23] What are you working on this week?

Getting AC replaced

In laws were staying with us past 10 days so time to get done all the stuff outside I had put off in that time. Cutting the grass is priority #1...I have about 3.5 acres to cut with a push mower (self propelled at least). I do enjoy the walking alot but man are the deer flies killer the past 2 weeks. Putting the dogs out on ropes they are covered in a couple mins. Hope everyone has a great week!!!

A buddy of mine takes his van to "Van Ins". Kinda like a car show but only vans are allowed in. They have them at camp grounds and fair grounds with RV hook ups. He made a shelf and bracket setup to put a small window ac unit in his van window. It will flat out freeze you out of that van no matter how hot it is outside. :D
 
Half gallon of burr gherkin refrigerator dills. Just waiting on the brine to cool a bit now
 
Small test batch of ghost hot sauce. All the peppers are ready
 
Jamaican Gold hot sauce with a couple P. Dreadies too. Need to pick 3-4 more Golds.

My full time job
Getting soccer registration together
Trying to get more pics of the actual farm
New smoked pepper products and recipes: going to be testing smoked poblanos this week. Did smoked serranos last week.
And about 12 other things haha
