Finally found an acceptable use for this sauce. It just flat out isn't hot enough but if you lay it on thick and actually add it into what you're cooking it's pretty good. Made some chicken tacos with fresh tortillas last night.
Sodium is listed at 60mg per tsp which isnt too bad but surely enough to taste salty. Sauces i make are around 36mg per tbs but the application is different. This one is more of a chili sauce and not really a hot sauce. I wonder if they are using a mid to upper heat level Anaheim?
