Just getting started

Thanks,. I'm growing some Trinidad Moruga scorpion peppers in my garden. I hope that most of them will ripen before the frost sets in. I was debating digging the pepper plants out of my garden to bring inside... But that might kill the plants too.

Thanks! How spicy are the green peppers that are not as ripe? Haven't tried one yet? And what can I do with all of these peppers i have? Is there a good sauce recipe?
 
I will. Just hoping they will magically ripen before I have to dig them out for the year and being them inside. Ao it will be a few days still.
