Hey! I just came across the forum as I was searching for tips on making hot sauce. Looks like a really awesome community!
I've been in love with hot sauce forever, but only in the past month decided to start making them. I mainly do fermented sauces, and have started selling them to friends and coworkers. It's really started taking off, so I'm looking to learn more as I continue to build and scale steadily towards a more steady operation.
