I am sure that people would love to see some pictures of the process you use to create your LED lighting in the Grow Tech forum.
I'll work on a write up of the basics and post some info and pics of some of what I've made and use.  They have their place but don't really replace T5's yet IMHO.  Purchased ones were very dissapointing.

My blackstar 240s out do t5s any day.
Having never tried them it's surely possible.  All I use now are customs and all for custom applications like the bottom lighting and interior lights from inside the canopy.  Makes for very thick and lush growth.

Edit...  Looked at your recomended LED light and it does have one band that is favorable and rarely seen in commercial units.  Since UV LED blacklights I designed and made paid my bills for years I know pretty much all about them.  I will not discuss it further here so as not to break rules but ask over on the tech forum anything you want about them, I know plenty and do use UV A in my lights.  Oh yeah, your light does NOT have 380nm LED's trust me on this...  If they are the light would be 75% more money and kill your plants, you also couldnt see they were on so would return the light as busted.

There are only 2 per fixture and nope, you can't see they are on. But not trying to debate their efficiency. Obviously they are much more expensive than a T5HO fixture several times over. I had my own reasons for using them and they have served me very well. My T5HO work well in their own right though much hotter.
