chinense Just purchased some habaneros or did I?

Hey everyone. I was at safeway getting some stuff and they just brought out some fresh habanero peppers. I purchased some before but i never seen them like this. Are these habaneros or something else?

Look like habs to me. Not "traditional" shape but still habs.
The third one from the left looks a little scorpish but that can happen.

Those are hab's, they look very similar to the "Chichen Itza" which I grow. They're more peach color than the typical orange habs that get flooded thru the food chains. The C.I's also vary greatly in shape but the flavz the same...

Exactly or maybe the Habanero Jaguar from Mexico.

They certainly could be habs, the shape is close but pod shape is only one indicator.

The local Hispanic grocery I get my habaneros from has some from time to time that look scorpionish. But the heat level is always exactly the same as a traditional hab.
