smoking Kentucky Derb Day Food..

So anyone fixing anything for Derby Day?
On Smoker......
Pork Loin End Roast
Chuck Roast...
and homemade Coal Slaw...
And of course some liquid refreshments

Oh, and for the horses...
Here is my three choices
1)Hold Me Back
2)Friesan
3)Join The Dance

Oh well, at least I won't be losing any money on my choices!

Well you didn't lose any money then right? Where's the pics of the food? I would have thought you'd be making a Kentucky Hot Brown. I'm gonna have to make me some of them soon.

right JT, no money lost..as it turned out, i would have lost on all my bets.
Guess I'm not a traditionalist as the food goes.
Just something to put on the smoker.

Well not that that is a bad thing. Smoker cookin' is always great. I didn't drink any mint julips yesterday either.

Went to a party. They served taquitos and chicken filets (fried), nothing grilled .

It was fun, glad it's over.
