Cappuccino habaneros and chocolate habaneros

wow the peppers look like some kind of sci-fi creatures! good recipe. when you get comfortable with it you can start adding fruit and other items. can't go wrong with chocolate habs though. they're the bomb! rice vinegar is great becuase it doesn't take over the whole sauce.

Ok well my first tester which was my mom thinks its super hot. A week went by I still haven't tried it. So last weekend I tasted it and was holy crap is it hot. I wish it was hotter actually. Everything blended nice. The peppers were soaked in a chocolate wine. You don't taste chocolate though so maybe I add more next time. I'm gonna make this my go to sauce
