I went to a "food show" today.
What a joke! There was around 100 companies showcasing their products, and 75 of them were selling chicken fingers and onion rings, 22 had canned goods, and 3.....I repeat....3 had fresh products.
At least the produce suppliers had something other than jalapeños to offer in the chilli category.
The restaurant industry is so screwed.....
