Wanted to give a congrats & shout out to Phat Matt's BBQ in Oakland.
This is the lead pic from Oakland Magazine's BBQ write up featuring Phat Matt's BBQ. I've posted about their BBQ at THP before and love to promote them because they're great folks and have AMAZING food.
With all due respect to a certain giant cartoon rodent, Phat Matt's is truly the happiest place on Earth! They've sorta adopted LDHS as the "house hot sauce" and I love 'em for it even more. The brisket is "cut with a spoon" tender and they deserve all the accolades they can get.
