disease-pests Leaf damage

This is happening to the leaves on several of my indoor plants under 400W HPS. As you can see in the pic the discoloration and yellowing is strongest right on the vein of the leaves. I'm not sure what is going on here, I have been watering with city water, could it be chlorine in it or some other chemical? Nutrient deficiency? Ca/Mg? I have given fish and kelp fertilizer at normal doses every other week or two, nothing excessive.

I had the same issue before. I too am growing under a 600 watt metal halide currently. On the recommendation of many, I added 1 T of epsom salt to a gallon of distilled water and did a foilar spray to the undersides of the leaves and they turned green again. I ceased doing that and began using botanicare cal/mag which I use in conjunction with several other of their products and my plants look great. As for the water I let it sit a couple of days with the cap off to evaporate the chlorine.
