Leaf detective required :D (please)

A few of my plants have leaf's that are dropping off. 
 

• Leafs are firm feeling
• Mostly top half
• From both sun & Shaded side of plants
• Edges are curled up, though a few case of leaf curling under
• Most have peachy/ pink veins surrounded by blotchy yellow areas, some are more pinky purple
• On plants that i recently had suspected of over fertalizating

 
This one fell off recently and as its began to dry the purple is far more obvious
 

 
The paler green leaves are the one's eventually dropping
 

 
I also have a sick plant but it wont let me upload those pictures yet.
 
Any thoughts most welcome, thank you

Its copper, they have been sprayed recently with Copper Oxychloride. The above are not a result of the copper spray as it was happening prior to the spray.
