I have not seen the first insect of any kind except aphids...they must hear me coming and run for cover.. 
They are hiding in the dark and coming out when the sun goes down. They are probably podillar ( def: small worm that likes to eat peppers and they probaly glow in the dark.) Thats my nickels worth I haven't seen any on my plants yet but I got an eye out for blister bugs they bad here. Something very similar to that is happening to my friend. She never sees what is doing it. They eat only the pepper plants and leave all of the other plants alone even ones similar in size. Holes just like that have been eaten from the leaves. Some of them ended up being eaten so badly that there was nothing left of the little ones. I don't know what is going on. I don't think any of her peppers will make it if it continues. How do you get rid of those things?
