Leaf issue

I am concerned that I may have a desease that is seed borne. My plants started out in soil but I moved them to dwc recently and they seem to be growing well now and roots are starting to take off.
The plant is two month old and has a 105w cfl 6 above.
I keep it by my window with light on 12-16 hours a day.
Is this plant going to die?
It seems to be growing so well now.
I dont know whether to start over and get fresh plants from different person if the plants are seed issue.
The plant is Ghost Bhut Jolokia.

For a while ph was all There was some unacceptable fluctuations as I was learning. Now I keep it at 5.5-6.2
Ppm was high at times, 700-900. I have that better now at 550-625.
It had issues too with transplanting and adjusting.
Lighting, ppm, ph, root stimulant, all in control.
Dont know if early learning and adjustments caused shock that it is trying to get healthy from?

Well, I found out today that I have everything good. The plant has Botrytis blight. Meaning, lacking proper air circulation.
I bought a fan but even the low setting seems a bit much.
For those of you using fans for air circulation, do you utilize just enough direct air to have leaves vibrate slightly? I would think only a subtle air flow through the plant leaves is good. Do you guys keep air flow direct or oscillating?

Im going to show a better picture of my plants every two to four weeks. Ill update what Im using for nute, lighting, PH, PPM, nute height within bucket. My goal is to have this and my other two plants get 2ft each while indoors, then in spring, let them get 3+ if able.
I hope they fruit.
Thanks.

A small 6 inch fan should be enough. In my grow tent setup I'm using four old computer fans, its just enough air to make the plants wobble a bit, and it seems to be enough to keep them happy. The stems have thickened up enough now that they barely move now, just the leaves vibrating slightly.

Good luck with your hydro!

I got the fan with a slow speed for subtle breeze above plants.
Seems to be working good.
I also did further research on nutrients and process to succeed for my environment.
The plants I have are young, 5-7 inches, but showing great signs. Roots nice and white, and growing well.
Im experimenting with rhyzoguard and Hydroguard. They seem to help quite a bit.
I was at 500-600 ppm but on my new nutrient refill Im looking at going to 750 area.
They seem hungry for that level. Lots of new growth in a week duration.

I have trimmed my plants, topped them, and given 16 hours a day light with a fan blowing above, and for short durations, at the plants for strength.
Here are pictures of the tops and roots.

My only concern, which I need to look into is this leaf with darkness on it. Only one leaf, but I want to address it early.
Ph is 5.9 ppm low 600s. Change weekly.

Here is a view of tops of the
Chocolate Bhuta Jolokias.
I did hear from our local master gardener that the one leaf was likely a issue of past concern on ph and air circulation. He says plants look and are likely in great shape.
