pests Leaf problem and random bug

I'm having this leaf problem occur on multiple plants and i'm not sure if it's a bacteria/virus or something else.
It's been pretty wet recently so I'm almost certain it's some disease.

Also found this random bug if anyone knows what it is. Just want to make sure it isn't eating my plants.

I'm no expert on bugs but a general rule is if it moves fast it's predatory and if it moves slow it eats plants

That's exactly what it is. Don't harm it, it's beneficial.

Asparagus beetles are fast and prey on my asparagus

Good news is I found more nymphs getting rid of some aphids.

But my leaf issue seems to be getting worse. Are the infected plants done for or is there still hope?

Got some fungus there. I've not had issues on peppers like that, so I don't know what to tell you. It could be salvageable, but probably will result in you wiping out your good bugs...

could also be russet mite (the brown discoloration I mean, not the visible bugs)

Start spraying with neem every 4 days if you're not already
Don't expect to wipe everything out straight away - we're talking damage mitigation here
