So I have had these blackish almost navy blueish spots on my Scotch Bonnet leaves for a while. Only in the last week or so, since my pods have started to ripen, it has gotten a bit worse. I have yet to find any answers searching google. It only effects the top of the leaf while the bottom is ok, unless the bottom curls over for some reason then the veins seem to get the same color hue. Also since the pods have started to change the lower leaves yellow and die off. There is new green growth but once the leaf grows to its normal size it turns this blackish color.
