health Leafs with brown spots!

This is a bhut jolokia plant that I bought from a garden center. It was little and had a brown spot on the leaf I thought it was dirt now they every where thank you in advance

I had this on one plant then all of my plants got it just destroyed everything. spreads like crazy.
I destroyed all my plants last year just to get rid of this so hopefully this year goes better.
still not certain what it is.
leaves go yellow then fall off . new growth will come back then the procedure starts again spot then yellowing then death!!

The pepper is in a hydroponic dwc

Check for thrips, they will leave little spots behind and will lead to yellowing leaves that fall off. I use Monterey Garden insect spray to get rid of them, if that is problem I'm sure others on here have better methods to get rid of them.
 
Since your in a dwc, do the roots look healthy? High temps can really cause problems with in a dwc.
