I think I got it now. I bought another TDS meter and found that my old one was reading about 230ppm less then the new. I put .5g of salt in .5l of water to get roughly 1000ppm to use as a test. So my nutrient solution is more in the 900-1000 ppm range after taking off what the tap water is. I believe it is too much fertilizer. I will dump what is in there tomorrow and mix a master blend and update the post after some time to see what happens. I hope this fixes the issue.
