Leaves gone white and wilting - is there hope?

HI!

Weather here has been a bit weird... somedays, like today its 23 degrees and the sun is blasting, but on monday it actually snowed...

I've been bringing the peppers inside when the weather looks like it is going to get too cold at night, but I left them out a couple nights when it was maybe 13 or so out, figuring it was well above the line that they would be happy with. But quite a few of the little guys have started to show serious distress really fast. I can't tell if they got too cold, or if the sun is too much all at once, or really if there is any chance for these at all anymore! I'd appreciate your advice. Right now I have them out in the sun, thinking that this will be good for them, but if I should bring them in and let them stay inside for a few days to recover and then more gradually introduce them outside, I'm happy to do that, but I'm not sure what I should do!

Here are two pictures that give you an idea of what happened:

Those plants are sun-burned AF. Get them under shade if you want to keep any plants this season. New leaves will probably pop up unless you killed the hole plant, but expect huge setback on these plants or try to get replacement one from some vendor.

This was some season back, when I took mine outside for a morning sun and turned to be waay to strong for the seedlings. So what I did was get a shade cloth and block the sun, plants recovered but they were set back for at least a month. But we all learn from our mistakes and correct them in the seasons to come.

Partial sun do wonders for seedings that were under weak light like t8/t5/leds or alike.

Holy crap how long did you leave them outside for? Set them under the patio for some indirect sunlight before you head straight to the yard! Shade cloth works well. Best of luck with that first plant it looks rough.
