Left hotsauce out overnight

So I made another batch 36 hours ago, and left one of the 4 bottles out for those hours and forgot about it until now. Just tested the pH and it is 4.6. Should I toss? How serious is should I take this? Ive left food out before and eaten and have been fine. I put in the fridge immediate after realizing and if I need to toss it , Ill toss it. Just curious. Thanks.
 
I properly cleaned sanitized and sterilized everything that came into contact w/ the sauce and hot fill/held. I just left one out on this other batch and was wondering if it could go bad in those 36 hours
 
I am known by friends and family as the family goat

I am referred to this name because i hate letting food go to waste. I will eat scraps and leftovers all the time. I think Ill try it when I get home, as I am almost out of the other bottles.
 
I just answered your question like a responsible person should..Personally I'd probably still use if it smelled all right and nothing was growing in it. When I was younger I lived with my grandparents after I got out of the Army. My Grandmother would make dinner for 5 or 6 and leave me a plate on top of the stove with some plastic wrap to cover it. Many nights I'd roll in at 2am and eat what ever it was..Now a days I think they can lock you up for a physic evaluation for doing that.

I appreciate your reply. It probably isnt worth it, but thats just how I am. I dont want to waste it. I had it a few hours ago and I am feeling fine. We will see how I feel during my next BM I guess. Thank you for your responsible answer

The pH was mentioned in his first post. It doesn't matter what acid is used to achieve pH what matters is the level.
