smoking leg of lamb/ ham /pork leg

well i guess i did not get a before pic of the ham but i will get it when i pull it off.... well first time doing a leg of lamb on the pit... i left it on to long, as you can see the temp on it that was at the 3hr on the pit or close too it... other wise it was good !!! here are some pics will have more soon.... and i got the pork leg from my sister and brother inlaw they caught 4 pigs... and i got the back leg of 1....

ok here are the pics fresh off the grill ... they had 7+ hrs on the pit... the ham was bad ass fell right off the bone ... and that pork leg was really good.. and you can see i cut it all up in put them into bags and will freeze most of it and i will eat it later in the week ...

lol well we ate the leg of lamb already!!! well we can make like like 3 meals off of that, maybe more and i got a good bone for a nice pot of pinto beans soon....the leg of pork was more bone than anything but it did have some good meat on there also... :)
