Lemon Aji vs Aji Limon vs Lemon Drop?

My Aji Limon has erect fruit.  Are the Lemon drops pendant? That might be a simple way to differentiate them physically in the case you were not sure which you had.
Here`s my Aji lemon with upright fruit. I see it on Aji pineapple, too. Usually, it`s the smaller pods. New pods on mine are just ripening, took this photo today, so they are essentially very early season pods.

I haven't had a ripe one off my Aji Limon or Pineapple yet so it might be a little too early for me to declare them as growing upright right through to harvest but they are certainly all upright now. Nigel, am I correct in understanding that your larger pods on this plant hang down?

Mainly, but some kinda hang at 45-90° to the ground, too.

Very confusing situation indeed. Not all vendors get it right, so whoever you order your seeds from could have it differently. Indiana_jesse has it right, to the best of my knowledge.

Aji limo is usually a red C.chinense (had them from Peru - see Indiana_jesse above)
Aji mochero is a yellow C.chinese, similar to, or the same as, Aji limon, also the yellow form of Aji limo
Aji limon is a yellow C.chinense, also known as CGN 19211. It is also know as Hot lemon habanero
Aji lemon or lemon drop is a C.baccatum, also known as CGN 17036

This is the Hot lemon hab. from Ajijoe, i.e. Aji limon.
Sometimes the baccatum Aji lemon/lemon drop can have fruits that grow upwards, especially smaller fruits. So can Aji pineapple.
I started reading this post, got about 4 replies into it and then just started scrolling down till I seen Nigel replied. end of story.

Ajijoe has seeds for Aji pineapple, as well as a lot of other extremely cool varieties. Very inexpensive, too!

I'm trying to straighten out the naming for the new http://pepperdatabase.org/wiki/Main_Page.  Since it is crowd-sourced, some bad info from the web is leaking in.  I think I have the variety names and species straightened out (thanks especially to Nigel), but there are other issues.

In particular, do any of the chinense versions (limo, limon, mochero) have any of the citrus-like qualities that the baccatums have?

And if not, why does "aji limon" exist in the first place?  Someone miss the fact that Lima is in Peru?

BTW, I've grown Lemon Drop and sometimes the pods do set upright.  Most are pendant, though.
BTW (again), does anyone have a picture of a pod of the true (?) C. chinense Aji Limon?  The ones I've found that look more like a hab than a Lemon Drop are on sites that identify it as a baccatum.  (I suspect that they think it is a baccatum, but honest error or not it makes for poor identifaction authority.)

Contrarily, the pics I have of Aji Limo (rojo) look suspiciously like red Lemon Drops.  If that's not right I could use a good pic of them too.

Thanks in advance.

I got my aji Limon from Ajijoe, I trust him as a source. (sorry none ripe yet)- some growing up, some growing down
Aji omni color in the background

Lemon drop that I got from Cone9- far as I can tell they look pretty darn similar if not identical

I also have some habanero hot lemon seeds from semillas but just obtained them not long ago and too late to plant this season.

Wow.  The flowers really do look similar.  The "aji limon" leaves I could almost accept as chinense.  But from the flowers I'd say, "Same plant".

So who is Ajijoe?  (Hey, I'm new.)
