15 Lemon Drop Peppers
6 cloves of Garlic
3 Grape Tomatoes
1 Green Onion
1 Cup Rice Vinegar
1 Stick of Butter (Real Butter)
I roasted the peppers first, then added in the garlic and green onion chopped up. Added in 1 tbs butter. I then added in the Vinegar and simmered that for a couple minutes then I added in the rest of the butter. Let that simmer for another 5 minutes or so. I then Blended it all together. Canned it, let it stand for a week and then used it all yesterday on 3 pnds of wings...
My friend liked it so much he's going to try and remake it for the place he manages. I won't get anything cept maybe to be able to name the wings....
