food Lemon pepper pandimonium chicken wings

Double fried, lemon pepper on both coats and a generous pinch of 8 pepper pandimony tossed and plated. Smell is unreal. So ready to plow into these.

Recipe:
10 Chicken wings, cut up
1/2 cup ap flower
2 tbsp mccormick lemon pepper seasoning
2 tbsp 8 pepper pandimony
More lemon pepper seasoning for the shaking

Heat deep frier or 3/4" oil in skillet to fry temp. I use '6'. Dredge wings im flower lemon pepper mixture. Add to oil. Flip at 5 min mark and remove at 7 mins. Put in large bowl and shake lemon pepper over it all. Toss it up. Put it back into the oil and flip again at 5 mins. Remove at 7 min mark. Back to bowl and more lemon pepper. Then a generous pinch of pandimony and toss. Serve hot

Add more or less lemon pepper as desired lemonyness.
