Welcome back to Slosh's Bar & Grill and welcome to our 2014 Hot Sauce Advent Calendar ... 25 sauces in 25 days!

Today Slosh is joined by MammaCass who felt bad for him after theconsequences of day one ... and they try Lemon Yellow Jacket from Pex Peppers ... https://www.pexpeppers.com/

I thought this sauce tasted great ... it had a nice smooth consistency ... a great initial burst of sweetness from the honey ... and then the taste of Fatalii chillies ... which I can understand why so many people consider them the best tasting chilli ... a great overall flavour that would work with so many different foods ... 

now onto MammaCass ... I in no way coerced her into this ... she told me she wanted to try this one ... I think we may have to go back to building up her tolerance from the ground up ... I thought she did a pretty good job though
