The main difference is that if you eat a Trinidad Scorpion you had better call the fire brigade because there will be a fire to put out! Burn baby burn!
The Trindad Perfume is at the other end of the heat scale. They are both from the same family(C.Chinense), one goes red and is extreme and one goes yellow and is mild.

The size of the Perfume is like a red habanero. Probably a bit small to stuff.
