Light green turning color to?

Suppose to be some hab'

Whats is the final color of pods that start from light green?

Other pods are much lighter like lemon.

Not ripe yet for about 3-4weeks

You won't know until it ripens - the unripe color doesn't mean anything. Think of this: I have varieties that range from that pale green to a kelly green, to a deep green, to purple when unripe, yet all turn red. Of course, I have other varieties that turn other colors, but again, the preliminary color doesn't really mean anything. However, I will tell you that most that become yellow or orange are also light green like that when unripe.
