Looks like they are full spectrum, should be good for growing.
They are 500 lumens, lumens is the amount of light they put out. Standard 60 watt incandescent bulbs are about 800 lumens, so I would equate 500 lumens to about a 40 watt light bulb. If you have enough bulbs, for the price, they would probably work.
