I want to over winter 4 pepper plants so I purchased some LEDs. I have 4 warm white led(2750k) bulbs I also have 4 daylight led bulbs(5000k). I have a 5 socket outlet so I can't use all 8 bulbs. So my question is will these work at all to help over winter my plants, if so what combination of the 2 types should I use.

I can't say from experience on those lights, but I've overwintered 4 plants using a shop light with two t8 bulbs.
 
I would use 4 daylight 1 warm personally. If you were pushing through to flowering and fruiting then you could go 3 daylight 2 warm, but it's just for over wintering.
