business LLC?

Is getting an LLC setup for my small but growing hot sauce comapny worth doing? I am getting mixed answers online.  It's really time to 'go legit' but damn I always stall out on making the next move due to not really knowing what I have to do next.  Do you have an LLC? Thanks!

I don't. But I sure as hell wouldn't want someone to come after me or try to get my homeowner's or pension or whatever the hell people do these days when they sue-all because they got sick from the clams but want to blame my hot sauce.

Do you have insurance of any kind? Are you a commercial seller? How do you protect yourself?

Yes, you should absolutely form an LLC or S Corp!

Yes get an LLC. But also get insurance (I use Hartford), relevant food producer/business license for your state/county/city, and PH certified from a process authority.
