"Loco Peppers"

These are not mature yet. They turn either turn orange and on into red or continue getting darker purple and become a purpleish red. I bought the starter plant at walmart under the name "Loco Peppers" but I cant seem to find a whole lot of info about them, any recipes they are used in, or if there are any other names. Anybody have anything on this?

Never herd of them before. They kind of remind me of the Bolivian rainbow.

ornamental - I wouldnt eat them
