Long term effects of super hots?

Are there any long term effects to eating super hots?  does it fry your mucous membranes and ruin taste buds? anything internally?

No. Its all temporary. I guess if you ate 4 or 5 everyday, having dino every night might damage your spinkter some?

No permanent damage, although the irritation can cause some people to get ulcers.

Pretty sure that spicy foods causing ulcers has been debunked. I personally would likely avoid them if I already had one though.

I'm not a Gastroenterologist, but I did stay at a Motel 6 one night and...
Never mind long story.

One thing that I'm quite certain of is that I have never had them cause constipation.

Probably get secondary dehydration from ever-increasing diarrhea through consecutive doses ... then internal hemerrhoids, followed by an external one or five ... which would cause you to have to eat saltines and water for weeks, like gastritis.

I read up a little bit on this a few years back, when I first started growing. Everything I'd read said that they're good for you *all-around*. Maybe that was just in moderation though (can't remember). Lots of beneficial health stuff though (but I'm no doctor).

My wife seriously was concerned about my permanently "frying" my taste buds, haha. I did read somewhere (sorry, no link; it was a few years ago) that your taste buds regenerate in about 2 weeks though.

Take all that with a grain of salt. I'm just spitballing here
