Long time lurker from Alabama

I've grown peppers for a long time (mostly orange habs), and followed this forum for about 8 years. This is the first year I've ever tried to grow superhots (seeds bought from both pepperlover.com and pepperjoe.com), so I thought I'd finally register. Thanks to both Judy and Joe for the outstanding customer service and germination rates. Not to mention the free seeds. I'm almost as excited about my serranos and Blue Mysteries as my scorpions and reapers. Thanks also to the administration and members of this site for the growing tips over the years.

:welcome: from sunny South Florida! :woohoo:

Welcome from Louisiana... temporarily visiting your awesome beaches in Gulf Shores! Perdido Resort is awesome!

Welcome sir ! So you want heat huh? Right place to start . Judy and joe are great but enjoy sir our friends and knowledge.

Finally picked my first pepper this season, a very tiny Santa Fe grande that was about the size of a dime.  I'm not entirely sure why it was so stunted, but I picked it and ate it anyway.  I'm really hoping this was a mislabeled pack of seeds, because the pepper was as hot as any pepper I've ever tasted.  Nowhere close to the superhots, but it was every bit as hot as a habanero or Scotch bonnet.  Not at all what I expected from a Santa Fe.
