Longest life of your pepper plant?

Had a pimenta de Neyde, lasted for years. It would've lasted longer if it wasn't for my wife's winter watering "regime".

Now I'm growing some tepins, I wanna see if it's true what they say about their longevity.

Sí, hydroponic.

I'd love to see a Glog on this, like from seed to fruit to OW

Ideally, I want to grow all my plants year round - maybe a few can be killed off but numerous growing seasons per plant is definitely a goal of mine

Indoors?

I was really sad when my 5 year old Scotch Bonnet Chocolade died.

One thing I noticed was that insects did not touch it anymore after the second year.
Of course I hade plenty of new young plats for them to chew on instead...

Do you know what caused it's blight?

Sorry no idea, old age :) the last year it just fell a sleep during the overwintering and did not wake up again.
No rot, no insect, no mold no nothing
