Last growing season I had a thai hot pepper that I really enjoyed, It had a nice sweet flavor to start then the heat kicked in. The rest of the peppers from the plant were simply hot, no complaints there but I was curious if anyone knew of a type of peppers that repeatedly created that flavor profile.
