Just wanted to add, Aji Charapiita is one of my favs.
I also like Wild Brazil as well in the 'small' hot pepper category which has very-hot lingering habanero heat... while Aji Charapita is a very 'fast' heat.
Like I can put 10 Charapita's in a sandwich and enjoy it; while i could only handle 1 Wild Brazil in a sandwich .
