Bolivian Rainbow, it lives up to the promise of its name. Ripens from purple to white to orange to red.

Aurora is also very nice! Sorry - no pic!

Peter Pepper -- starts off kinda yellowy more flesh like, then reddish purple when ripe -- j/k

Medusa is showy with multi-colors as well

Anyway I'd go with what Chiliac said, Bolivian Rainbow, and hopefully you'll get the ones with the purple flowers, a few people have grown them with white flowers, yeah and I had to be one of them *sigh* but next year they will have purple flowers

The prettiest this year I have grown is the purple tiger and the mass production of pods in a rainbow of color for the Little Elf makes it one of my favorite ornamentals...
