gvgo is the giant vegetable growers of ontario forum(not ontario,ca). the cornish giant seems to be the hog to grow.
 
p&p seed company is based in new york and supply the northern giant variety, in reading articles some have switched to the cornish variety for its density but i am sure given the right growing conditions either would deliver monsters.
