Tobago Seasoning and Trinidad perfume to start with....

you can suggest me other also... max 2000 scoville

Looking for something tasty to add to normal day dishes to provide a lots of taste wihtout heat

You can try some zavory habs and cajun belles. The belles are a tad warm, but less so than a jalapeno.

I'll check and see how many seeds I have left of the zavory habs when I get home. Unfortunately, I don't have any cajun belle seeds yet. I just bought a live plant from the garden center a couple of weeks ago, so I won't have any seeds until later in the year
 
ideally good to dry (like ancho or any drie dpeper type (semi thick wall)
it's for a porojet that ionterest me a lot.
