Haha. It would be interesting to see how long before your neighbors had the cops/fireman there if you tried this.

Solarizarion can Hatch pests early, but the larvae can only survival that long. It will kill of any pests that don't thrive on compost.. Unfortunately that's a food source for the most of them. For some pests like certain nematodes it can actually create an extra generation. This however depends what is in your soil. You could even buy predatory bugs for that purpose.
