I need recipes for a few different types of sauces.
 
first I would like a fry sauce recipe not just mayo and ketchup something more sophisticated slightly peppery and preferably a recipe that superhots can be added to.
 
green Mexican tomatillo based sauce using avocado.
 
lastly I would like a good sandwich spread recipe. something a little peppery tangy and savory.
