review Looking for reviews on Creole Shut-My-Mouth Pepper Sauce,

I ran across this sauce, and I was wondering if anyone here has tasted and reviwed it.

I bought it and my wife bought a jar of Zatarain's also. Review/pics and comparison to follow later today.

The one pic is of the mustards side by side. The taste pic used a piece of home smoked Monterey pepperjack cheese.

Zatarains first taste is vinegar and salt and a little bitterness, followed by a bit of heat. It's grainy in comparison, yet lighter in color.

Shut-My-Mouth first taste is sweeter and spicy, with a much better blend of salt and vinegar. It is much smoother and darker in color. The overall taste is much better thatn that of the Zatarains. This is also the conclusion of my cousin who also did a taste test.
