Hello, this may be a complete newb question but I was wondering how I would go about getting my sauces mixed for me. I am tweaking my sauces so that they will have fruit flavoring but, do not know where to go/contact to find the best combination of flavors for best taste. The companies I have contacted can provide the raw flavors but, they do not help in the development of the product meaning they do not help you calculate how much sugar should be added and/or non-caking agents. If any clarification is needed plaese ask.
