looks like salt, or sugar on bottom of leaves

Edema is often visible on the plant stems, too. Anything that looks kind of like drops of water on the stem that won't wipe off?

It's not always so simple. I never overwatered, had pretty good circulation, and had terrible edema. It's strain specific. Other than just circulation, you want fresh air, so if in a grow tent, a strong exhaust fan that will suck in fresh air is important. Another big thing I'd advise is to check the PH of your water - your supplier will tell you! You can also often find it posted online. It's a range, but a good clue. I bet you anything your water is too basic. Bring it down to 6. Edema is also worse when you have big swings in temperature from day to night.

updated pics, looks to be getting worse :(

it so weird as i recently reported these to a 5-1-1 mix, water about once every 3-4 days. in 5-1-1 you would think it would retain less water, not more.

Could be the growing medium. I had a similar problem in December since the mix I made had too much peat moss. I changed to a less absorbing mix and after all the sick leaves fell off no future problems occurred. Pain in the ass but lesson learned

yeah, what Northern_sizzle said.

Existing problem on existing leaves will not be cured. Improvements will be seen on new leaves.

You mean you haven't already reduced the amount of watering? Yeah, you might want to do that. The curling of the leaves in the first two pics is not caused by edema, that's an entirely different issue. A couple of the leaves are showing signs of being too close to the lights too, see the darkening? One of the main causes of leaf curling is a lack of calcium. Find a fert that has some or like 99% of the people around here recommend get some cal-mag.
