Lots of new growth - but season is ending?

So, my plants have just had a big batch of new growth, lots of fresh new buds. And I mean lots, there's more new buds than I've had all this season. Which would be great, but it's starting to cool down quite a bit here. So, my question is, will they be able to sustain this growth as it cools down? (I've been growing them outside and bringing them in at nights when it gets towards <15C.) I am not really in much of a position to grow them indoors under lights or anything, but the weather should be slightly bearable for them for another month or so (hopefully). Thanks,

I have many in the ground that are a few years old and have lived to thrive again after a night or two each year at your 0c or our 32f.  A long hard freeze and they are toast, but doubt you will see that.  At most just cover them at night.

they grow into what we call winter pods. Which are small and generally have no heat / are no good to eat.
they just turn red/ripen while very small or premature
