Keep it up! I'm interested to see what that LST plant looks like as it continues to grow.
I think that training plants of all types is very fun, regardless of pros/cons. I tend to "play" with most of my plants quite often, but haven't really applied much to my peppers. Now my bonsai cedar, on the other hand, has been mangled and twisted, tied and chopped in all sorts of directions, and couldn't be happier (aside from the extreme stunting, but that's the idea).
We'll see what I can come up with this next season with my peppers. I'll post experiments too.
