Low Temperature in Growbox.

Hi,  In my growbox average temp is about 68*F . Is there any cheap way to reach 75-77 *F ?
Or 68*F is enough for seedling ? I was thinking about insulation for example fill whole growbox by styrofoam and use maybe ceramic heating lamp like for terrarium.
as Ligh I using led strips which dont increase temperature at all. 
Any idea if it will work ?

Its indoors. Outside is still snow. 68* is too cold for peppers seedling? It will bear few days in thuis temp  until I will warm my growbox?
 
Will CFL light work well too ?
 
If the seeds are already germinated the temperature of your growbox is good, there will be no problems.
I don't use cfl, I don't know if it generate heat
 
Well, indoors, obviously, you can raise the ambient temperature. (raise the thermostat) But as stated, if your plants are already germinated and growing, why change anything?
 
I have a 4 foot, 8 bulb, T5 HO 6500k bulbs light unit i bought this year.  I use panda cloth to reflect light back (white side) and use some scraps to line the counter top (black side) which heats up the cups I'm growing in.  Sometimes I will not turn on the fan and it gets pretty toasty in the grow area.
 
Still at night it was cold temperature. And I found fungus on my soil, white fluffy things. I found some fungus on my watermelon seeds and some of them didnt germinate. Still no signs of chilli germination, does seeds died (T-T) I took off some seeds to check but there is no signs of Germination. IT is 3rd day after I seeded it. Can someone help me? 
 
Pepper seeds will germinate in temperatures lower than optimum, but it takes more time. Mine took a week to ten days at 70 degrees Farenheit. A little mold in the potting soil isn't a deal-breaker after germination... especially if you put in a fan to circulate the air in your growbox, but moldy seeds before germination doesn't sound good. Maybe cheap potting soil?
 
I will take some photos tomorrow and show it. So even if Mold apear on soil its still chance that seeds will germinate? With light on temperature is between 25-29*C at night its drop to 15-16*C And its very high humidity in my room about 80%. 
So Every season I have problems with mold on soil ;/.

Mold in soil after germination is less of a problem, but too much isn't good.
 
High humidity is a bonus when germinating... that's why we cover the trays then, but it's less desirable after germination. A fan to circulate the air helps lower humidity and prevent fungal diseases like damping off. It also stimulates the seedlings, prompting them to put more energy into growing sturdy stems instead of longer ones.
 
Cheap potting soil that may have been improperly stored and not sterilized to begin with is often a source of mold in itself, but if you live in a really humid environment it could be that. If you can, try hooking up a fan and give your plants a few hours of circulated air a day. :)

I heard that cinamon can help so I sprinkled soil a bit, and it looks better I found fungus only in one place today. 
Every season I have same problem with mold it is by cold temperature at night? Also I using 110V  fan 1-2 hours daily on low speed without lid under plants. 
 
I noticed yesterday one seedling of Jalapeno pepper. But thats all, nother even didnt swell. Im worry IF everything is okey with those seeds; /

This year I had seeds that did not sprout in three weeks, I watered the soil with gibberellic acid at 200ppm.
One week after application 90% of seeds had germinated
 
I don't know what "special" mix is, but "special" mixes are almost always the ones that generate molds and fungi - and if they have organic components, that's part of what they're supposed to do.

That stuff you are showing is nothing to worry about. Your mix looks a bit wet, but really no problem.
 
+1 on #17... I wouldn't worry about the little bit of mold showing in your pics. It doesn't look like you have a heat mat under the seed starting trays in your pics. That would certainly speed up the germination process. If you put your seed starting trays into another shallow tray, you could water from the bottom and let the top of the seed starting mix dry out a bit.
 
My basement is pretty much 60F all winter long, With the grow lights it reaches about 68F in my grow boxes.  Other than germinating that temp is fine for growing peppers, you wont get agressive growth but slower steady growth.  I started mine in middle January and they are roughly 4-6" high now and transplanted into 3.5" pots. 
 
I just use heat germination mats to keep the soil at appox 75-80F until they all start germinating and I run my grow lights at the same time 16on and 8 off.  Usually takes between 7 to 21 days for germination.

so far the best mix ive used is black gold.  i have had about 98% germination rates with this stuff!  with the jiffy dome kit dome or not, this thing sprouted a majority of my stuff 
 
 
just a little tip, i read alot of reviews and this stuff has been the best.  no nutes, and i've been bottom feeding my seedlings with general hydroponics
