I've tried 5 up to this point and they are all outstanding with their own individual merit, my personal favorite is Dia Del Perro, and black label. To be honest you'd be missing out of some of the best culinary sauces I've found if you didn't get several different bottles.
Dia is great because it's probably the best tomatillo style sauce I've ever had, has a wonderful acidic bite, and smoky finish.
Black label is great because you can really taste the pepper, mixed in with the smokiness. With no overpowering heat.
I do enjoy Very hot sauces, these are not super hot. ( ie pepper mash)But I finished a black label in a couple of days. On the pink sauce he list it as respectable heat, and I can agree with that. Great addition to food.
