lumen loss at different hights

I saw a post on THP a week ago about how much lumens are lost at a differnent hights from the plants. I can not seem to find it on here.

Can someone guide me please

Light intensity falls with the square of the distance. If you have 100,000 lumens at one foot, it's about 25,000 lumens at two feet and ~6,250 lumens at four feet.

Just figure out how many lumens/ft-candles/etc your source puts out and this will give you a close approximation.
