He doesn't need charcoal, they have plenty of burnt wood around there.  He can even go get a hunk of the bar at the Twisp pub if he wants some.
 
Too soon Scovie?  I'm sorry about that one.  I know it hurts to have a local bar burn down.  I was sad to see that one.
 
So if I say the Twisp Pub got "toasted", would I be wrong?

How about some more deconstructed things....like blackened fish?  I wanna see dat.

Until then, I'll leave the request up to others...
 
And I would only advise blackening indoors if you have a hood fan that will remove granny's wig if she's too close.
